Our Programs

After I'm Gone

This program provides advocacy support to individuals after their parents are no longer able to advocate for them or have died. Some families consider this their "safety net" which provides assurance to the families that someone will be looking after their loved one when they are no longer able to do so.

Community Advocates' responsibilities include a minimum of quarterly check on the individuals and problem resolution and follow up.

Community Advocates will advocate for what we determine to be in the best interest of the individual following our basic principle for advocacy.
