This program’s purpose is to provide Advocacy Assistance to individuals after their parents or family members are no longer able to do so.
After I’m gone was designed by family members in the hope that families involved with the program would feel more secure about the future of their loved one with a disability.
Community Advocates offers a safety net to families, assuring that someone will be looking after their love one by providing:
· Advocacy
· Information & Referral
· Advice
· Training
· Advice to the Trustees
We may also serve as an information resource for family & friends about disability related topics.
